WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No product may be returned without an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. RGA request must be within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be returned unused and re-sellable. Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete products. In most cases, Custom, Special Order or Personalized products are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return freight charges may apply. Please call 1-800-869-1800 to initiate a return.
What products do you all manufacture?
We make all our pickers, washers, dispensers, flags, recycled plastic furnishing, rental clubs, miniature golf supplies and more right here in the U.S.A!
Do you make custom products?
Absolutely! We can make any custom flag, sign or recycled plastic piece you can think of! Everything is done in-house so if you can think of it, we can make it!
Where are you located?
We have three locations, one just outside of Chicago, IL, the other in Anaheim, CA. and sewing, screen print and embroidery facility in Lyons, GA.
Do you only sell direct?
No! We have distributors and outside reps both in the U.S. and international, give us a call for more information!
Do you have same day shipping?
We do! As long as the product is in stock at either of our locations and you place your order before 1 PM CST, it will ship out that day!
