Returns Policy

No product may be returned without an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused and in re-sellable condition. Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete products.

Custom, special-order, or personalized products are non-returnable. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return freight charges may apply. To initiate a return, please call 1-800-869-1800.

Damage or Order Discrepancies

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier immediately of any damage or discrepancy upon delivery. Once the bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes all liability for product accuracy and quantity.

Any concealed damage must be reported to both the carrier and Wittek Golf within 5 business days.
