RETURNS

No product may be returned without an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. RGA request must be within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be returned unused and re-sellable. Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete products. In most cases, Custom, Special Order or Personalized products are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return freight charges may apply. Please call 1-800-869-1800 to initiate a return.

DAMAGE OR DISCREPANCY

It is the customers responsibility to notify carrier of any damage or discrepancy immediately. Once a bill of lading is signed the customer bares all liability for accuracy and quantity of products. Any concealed damage must be reported to carrier immediately and to Wittek Golf within 5 business days.
