What is your RETURN Policy?


No product may be returned without an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. RGA request must be within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be returned unused and re-sellable. Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete products. In most cases, Custom, Special Order or Personalized products are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
